2. Product Information
What are the benefits of a tankless water heater? Unlike traditional tanks that heat and reheat water all day, tankless heaters only heat water when you turn on the tap. This provides endless hot water, saves significant space, and can lower your energy bills by up to 30%.
Is it difficult to install a FlashHeat unit? Our units are designed for straightforward installation; however, because they involve gas or high-voltage electrical connections, we strongly recommend hiring a licensed professional plumber or electrician to ensure safety and maintain your warranty.
Will I really have "endless" hot water? Yes! As long as there is a water and power/gas supply, the unit will continue to heat water as it flows through the system. You will never "run out" like you do with a traditional tank.
3. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused, uninstalled unit in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
How long does it take to get a refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we process your refund within 7 business days. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
